1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Special Note: As our products (such as the EBON Song series) involve intricate Song Brocade and hand-finished Walnut handles, additional time may be required during periods of high demand to ensure artisanal quality. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days once shipped.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once shipped. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes bagbagheal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bagbagheal.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
